Abstract submission
Abstract submission is closed
The abstract should follow the conference template, be submitted in PDF format, and must not exceed one page in length. If clicking the link does not automatically download the template file, please right-click it and select the “Save As” option.
All accepted and registered abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book that will be available on the conference website.
Submisión deadline: January 19, 2026, at 23:59 (Madrid time)
Please note that the deadline will not be extended.
Abstracts must be submitted via the abstract submission form. During the submission process, please indicate the preferred format for your presentation:
- Invited Session (only if you have been invited by a session organizer; use file name format INV_FirstSurname_Name.pdf)
- Contributed Session (use file name format CONT_FirstSurname_Name.pdf)
- Poster Session (use file name format P_FirstSurname_Name.pdf)
The scientific committee will evaluate all submitted abstracts. Notification of acceptance, including the final presentation format, will be sent by February 9, 2026.
Students who present their work will have the opportunity to compete for the following awards:
- Best GEOMED 2026 Student Oral Presentation
- Best GEOMED 2026 Poster Presentation
