Location
The GEOMED 2024 conference will take place at Hasselt University in Belgium. The university campus, formerly the Old Prison in the heart of the city, boasts a rich history dating back to 1860. Despite the transformations, remnants of the prison’s original function are cleverly preserved in symbolic touches throughout the building.
